ShotOps
Plans

Free where it runs on your phone. Paid where it runs on ours.

The local camera costs us nothing to operate, so it costs you nothing. Hosted storage, transfer, sync, and crew management cost real money every month. That is the line, and it is the only line.

No prices are published yet. Personal Pro is in beta and access is by invitation. There is no public price list and no live billing. We will publish pricing once storage, transfer, processing, and support costs are measured against real field usage instead of guessed at. To ask for beta access, email Support@itenvy.com.

  • Library by job or by date, markup, before/after pairs
  • PDF proof packs, Android sharing, local export

What costs money, and why

A photo you take and keep on your own phone costs us nothing. We run no server for it and store none of it. That is why the local app is finished software rather than a trial.

The moment work leaves the phone, the cost is real and it repeats every month:

  • Storage. Encrypted photos and video sit in private object storage, billed by the gigabyte-month for as long as you keep them.
  • Transfer. Every upload and download through the storage gateway moves bytes that someone pays for.
  • Sync and processing. Job and metadata sync, the upload queue, thumbnails, and report generation run on servers, not on your phone.
  • Identity and recovery. Sign-in, device registration, passkeys, and the recovery authority have to stay up and stay audited.
  • Management and support. Crew roles, policy, audit, retention, and a human answering email are ongoing work, not a one-time build.

A subscription pays for that. It does not unlock a better shutter button.

What stays free

We will not take a capability that runs entirely on your device and move it behind a paywall to manufacture upgrade pressure. Capture, jobs, phases, tags, markup, PDF reports, and local export run on the phone, so they stay free.

If a subscription lapses, the local camera keeps working and the media already in your Pictures/ShotOps album stays on the phone. You lose hosted access, not your work.

We also will not publish a price we have not tested. Guessing at storage and support cost and raising the number later is worse for you than waiting.

Getting access

The free local camera is available now as a direct-install Android beta from the download page. Google Play internal testing is the next distribution step. There is no iOS build yet.

Personal Pro is invitation-based during the beta. Email Support@itenvy.com and tell us what you shoot and roughly how much of it. If you run a crew, say how many people are holding phones and ask about a Crew preview.

More answers are on the FAQ. Subscription and billing language lives in the terms of service.
