Local photos already saved on your phone remain under your control. Account deletion removes hosted access and data; it cannot recall copies you exported to another app or provider.

Email us from the address used for ShotOps. We will verify the request before deleting hosted data.

- Connected device and web access is revoked.
- Hosted media bytes are deleted before the related metadata is removed.
- Personal job-source records, jobs, reports, sync records, and hosted account data are removed.
- A minimal anonymized record may remain where required for security, legal obligations, abuse prevention, webhook idempotency, or proof that deletion completed.
What remains local
Photos or videos already saved in the visible ShotOps album, local recovery manifests, and copies you shared or exported are not removed from your phone or third-party destinations.
